Host your photo on the internet first, there is a thread for this.
Copy the URL address over:
i15.photobucket.com/albums/a381/SnoozyBoozy/Birds%20of%20Prey/12062007217.jpg
To post it as a picture and not a link, you need to add the image tags, that's the button under the S that looks like a ikkle picture frame.
Highlight the whole link, click the picture frame (that will add the [ img] [ /img] tags either side) and hey presto, picture in post!
